Dr. Couture is an out of network provider. All services provided are self-pay, and she does not participate in accepting any insurance. However, she can provide insurance-compatible billing statements  to submit to your insurer for reimbursement. You may want to check with your insurance company to determine how outpatient mental health services are covered.

Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due at the time of service.

Dr. Couture understands that unexpected changes to schedules occur. With advanced notice, she will try to accommodate any schedule changes. However, without 48 hours advance notice of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for missed and cancelled sessions, including initial evaluations. A credit card number will be requested to reserve an initial consultation.

When the appointment for an initial evaluation is made, Dr. Couture's electronic medical record, Luminello.com, will send you an email invitation to start an account. You will receive email notifications for upcoming scheduled appointments and other documents from Luminello.

Step 1: You will choose a password to make an account on Luminello.com.

Step 2: Enter your Profile information (address, date of birth, phone numbers, emergency contact, etc) into Luminello.

Step 3: Update your billing information within Luminello.
